Some people may have searched the Internet Archive for moving images of people in the Roosevelt staff and found Henry Morgenthau talking about bonds, an impressive speech by Henry Wallace and Harry Hopkins inspecting the work of WPA. You can catch a glimpse of other people as well. This is a collection of such glimpses.
